Delete your account

You can open this page without signing in. Deletion still requires you to prove the account is yours.

What deletion does

Deletion uses the same service as Settings → Security. It is not reversible from the product. You confirm by typing DELETE.

When deletion completes, it removes:

  • The local account, profile, chats, and generated documents tied to it
  • Visits where you are the clinician, including stored transcripts and clinical notes
  • The Auth0 sign-in identity for that email, when Auth0 still has one

What can remain

  • Security and audit logs. The account link is cleared, but a deletion record can still include the email address.
  • Voice timing logs without the account id. Those logs are not transcripts.
  • Patient records that only listed you as the clinician. They are unlinked, not deleted.
  • Visits owned by another clinician that you only operated as a scribe. Those visits stay, and the operator link is cleared.

If the local account is removed and the sign-in identity cannot be deleted, deletion is incomplete. This page shows that error and does not say the account is fully gone. Support has to finish removing the sign-in identity.
